The new early learning centres will benefit our communities, the families and Childcare professionals in our centres, along with our commercial partners. As a private operator with a strong balance sheet, we have the flexibility to take a boutique and green sustainable approach to the development of our Childcare sites. Innovative features such as our parent lounge's in each centre to help enhance the sense of community in our centres. Our state of the art learning environments allow us to attract and retain highly qualified, passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators. With a core ethos around protection of our natural environment, we bring people and nature together in woodland across East Anglia, UK, delivering:- - Wellbeing and educational courses for adults and children who face personal and health challenges - Team development, leadership and mental health awareness days for businesses Since our formation in 1989, we’ve helped thousands of people challenged with mental health issues, taught skills and self-esteem to children and adults who have become disengaged, and motivated and supported huge numbers of people seeking employment opportunities or an escape from their addictive or abusive pasts. We work closely with businesses to develop their teams and improve staff engagement through our partnership schemes. We also work with schools, funders and community partners to make a real difference to people in the localities in which we operate.

For nearly two decades Green Lighting have designed and manufactured LED lighting, successfully delivering innovative products, cost effectively to the housebuilder via direct specification. As a result we currently supply 7 of the top 11 housebuilders in the UK with internal and external lighting. We are proud to have been awarded the Queens Award for innovation in 2006 and most recently in 2016 for our unique customer care charter. Green Lighting now also offer a vast range of decorative lighting which has recently sparked interest with Show House interior designers. Partnering with us has enabled designers and developers' sales teams to gain full traceability of all decorative fittings installed in the show house. By utilising the latest technology in LED lighting it has enabled us to minimize energy consumption and lamp failure within the show house. Were really pleased with the success of this and how our expert advice has enabled these professionals to take control of their show houses.
