Greenib Onroerend Goed B.V. is een onafhankelijke beleggingsmaatschappij die optreedt als ontwikkelaar en eindbelegger van Greenib Businesspark in Warmond/Sassenheim. Greenib Onroerend Goed B.V. belegt in bestaande en nieuw te bouwen bedrijfsgebouwen op het terrein en beoogt een langjarige exploitatie. Het Business Park is gelegen op twee bedrijventerreinen: De Wetering en Jagtlust. Zij zijn op een steenworp afstand van elkaar gesitueerd in de gemeente Teylingen, op grondgebied van Warmond en Sassenheim. Het park is centraal gelegen, direct aan de A44, tussen de luchthaven van Schiphol (ca. 15 minuten) en Rotterdam (ca. 30 minuten). Via de snelweg en het spoor is het park goed verbonden met de rest van het land. Het bedrijvenpark ligt op loopafstand van station Sassenheim. De hoogwaardige kwaliteit en uitstraling van zowel bestaande als nieuwe gebouwen geeft het businesspark een bijzonder karakter. Greenib Onroerend Goed heeft duurzaamheid hoog in het vaandel. Greenko, is one of the World’s leading Energy Transition and Decarbonization solutions company, with an installed Renewable Energy capacity of ~7.5 GW across Wind, Solar and Hydro capacities with presence in 15 states in India. Projects of 50 GWh of storage are planned to be operational by 2025. Additionally, another 50 GWh of storage are planned in the subsequent years taking total storage capacity to 100 GWh.
