Greenleaf provided additional investment to support numerous bolt-on acquisitions to the growing ATIS platform. ATIS has quickly become one of the nation's largest providers of elevator inspections, a feat attributable to its emphasis on customer service. Greenleaf is evaluating several acquisition opportunities on behalf of our portfolio companies and is working on a variety of capital raising engagements for clients. GreenLeaf Market the first new grocery store to be built in North St. Louis City since 1968 will feature a wide array of fresh and affordable foods made available through integrated partnerships that include more than 100 Missouri and Kansas farmers. The 20,000-square-foot store will feature an experienced chef who will create fully-prepared, grab-and-go meals in an onsite, state-of-the-art kitchen. GreenLeaf Market, under construction at 1408 N. 13th St., is part of The Good Natured Food Campus cooperative alliance created by co-owner Diana Endicott for the NorthSide Regeneration development.
