Greika foi fundada em abril de 1972, inicialmente com base em parcerias com publicações de Editora Abril, fornecia produtos diretamente ao consumidor por reembolso postal. O crescimento constante das metas alcançadas ocorrido nesta fase promoveu nossa empresa a líder de volume de negócios na modalidade mala direta. Meados dos anos 70, propiciaram o ambiente para o início da produção de uma linha de produtos com o propósito de abastecer áreas específicas do ramo fotográfico. Pioneiros na industrialização inteiramente nacional de vários produtos eletrônicos populares, uma nova linha de produção favoreceu a diversificação de produtos na entrada dos anos 80. O lançamento de joysticks, walkie talkies, alto falantes e o Walkman Greika. Os novos horizontes criados com a abertura de mercados externos no início dos anos 90 , possibilitaram o retorno às atividades de importação e otimização da nossa política de inovação, com a busca constante de produtos de ponta com a qualidade e garantia tradicional Greika. Hoje a Greika, uma das mais completas e inovadoras importadoras do segmento de foto e vídeo, abastecendo o mercado profissional e entusiasta com qualidade, custo beneficio e diversidade de produtos.
