Genç ISTAC’ın amaçları: -Tahkim ve arabuluculuğun etkin şekilde kavranması, tanıtılması ve yaygınlaştırılması -Genç uygulayıcılar arasında güçlü bir iletişim ağı oluşturulması, düzenlenecek aylık toplantılar ile üyeler arasındaki iletişimin kuvvetlendirilmesi -Alanında deneyimli avukat ve hakemler ile diğer uluslararası organizasyonların katılımıyla milli ve milletlerarası eğitim programları, konferanslar, sosyal etkinlikler düzenlenmesi -Kariyerlerinin başlangıcından itibaren üyelerini tahkim dünyasına hazırlaması ve kariyer fırsatları yaratması -İstanbul Tahkim Merkezi uyuşmazlık çözüm yöntemleri hakkında farkındalık yaratılması -Her yıl Türkçe ve İngilizce olmak üzere iki farklı farazi tahkim yarışması düzenlenerek tahkim uygulamasının teşvik edilmesidir.
