Gilla is a global designer, marketer and manufacturer of E-liquid brands, offering a broad product portfolio across multiple categories and price points. Gilla was founded by Canadian entrepreneurs Danny Yuranyi and Graham Simmonds in 2012 as an importer of electronic cigarette hardware and accessories for the United States and European markets. In 2015 they acquired their first E-liquid manufacturing facility and the Craft Vapes E-liquid brand, effectively shifting the companys focus away from hardware and accessories and into the global E-liquid market. In 2017, with a desire to expand their operations at home in Toronto, they seized an opportunity to work with Beju Lakhani and acquire Vape Brands International, a Canadian E-liquid manufacturer and distributor. This allows Gilla to leverage this strong platform, expanding its portfolio of brands into Canada while significantly increasing its production capabilities for all markets. Vape Brands International will now be known as Gilla Vape Brands with a specific focus on becoming the Canadian leader in E-liquid manufacturing, distribution and co-packing. Gilla Vape Brands operates out of a state-of-the-art 13,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Mississauga, Canada, where it also houses its corporate, administrative, product development, and sales and marketing personnel. Gilla operates an additional manufacturing facility in Daytona Beach, Florida where it services the United States and international markets. Gilla's popular and award-winning brands now include Coil Glaze, The Drip Factory, Craft Vapes, Ohana and Crisp. Gilla also has co-pack agreements to manufacture for an additional 20 E-liquid brands for distribution across the Canadian market. In addition to vigorous brand development and growth, Gilla is committed to supporting vaping advocacy and being a member of various community groups.
