GMV INSYEN is the result of the merger between GMV GmbH and Insyen AG. The two companies joined forces in 2016 to become a leader in ground systems and space operations, drawing on three decades of experience in the space area. Most of our work has been in the design, development, sustained engineering and operation of numerous ground systems to support German Aerospace Centre (DLR), European Space Operations Centre (ESOC) and EUMETSAT spacecraft operational needs. This includes large installations - such as the Columbus Control Centre in Oberpfaffenhofen, supporting International Space Station operations. We have developed several spin-off products from our work, including flight dynamics systems, mission control systems, simulators and operations support tools. A large number of our products are mission-critical software systems. GMV INSYENs continuing success is based on its drive and ability to provide innovative solutions to complex engineering problems, while guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction.

GMV Syncromatics is a cloud-based provider of CAD/AVL and real-time passenger information systems. Our system uses commercial off-the-shelf hardware and software to provide a fully turnkey ITS system specifically designed for small and medium fixed-route transit properties. Founded in 2006 and acquired by GMV in 2015, GMV Syncromatics serves over 100 transit properties nationwide including the City of Los Angeles (LADOT). Our cloud-hosted solution runs entirely out of any web browser, and includes installation, training, hardware, software, cellular data, hosting, warranty, and support under one roof. GMW MIMARLIK is an architectural and interior design practice formed in 2000. We are a well-managed and compact organization working from our offices in Nisantasi district of Istanbul. Since then, the Istanbul based practice has carried out 15 airport terminal projects in various parts of the world and is now considered to be an architectural practice at the forefront of this project sector. In addition, the practice has been responsible for a significant number of other projects including shopping centers, offices, hotels and residential developments.
