A GNA - Gás Natural Açu - é uma joint venture formada pela Prumo Logística, bp, Siemens e SPIC Brasil dedicada ao desenvolvimento, implantação e operação de projetos estruturantes e sustentáveis de energia e gás. Estamos construindo o maior parque termelétrico a gás natural da América Latina, localizado no Porto do Açu, um dos principais complexos portuários do Brasil, que oferece uma série de soluções logísticas para o mercado de óleo e gás brasileiro. O projeto, em sua fase atual, compreende a implantação de duas usinas termelétricas movidas a gás natural (GNA I e GNA II), com capacidade de gerar 3 GW de energia firme para o Brasil. Juntas, as duas térmicas irão gerar energia suficiente para atender cerca de 14 milhões de residências. Além disso, o projeto contempla a implantação de um terminal de regaseificação de GNL de 21 MM m³/d. Em uma segunda fase, a GNA planeja expandir o seu parque termelétrico, além de criar as condições de contorno necessárias para atração e monetização do gás doméstico offshore. A GNA está fortemente comprometida com a Sustentabilidade. Todas as ações da empresa são pautadas na ética, responsabilidade socioambiental, segurança e no desenvolvimento local.
