After successfully starting as a freelancers, our three founders sat down together and thought about the difficulties and the pains of starting as a freelancer early on in career. We really felt that there was a lot that can be done better, hence Gnonce was born. It all started to come together when we managed to create and validate our systematic process for starting a career as a freelancer. Today we have grown to a community of +10 tight knit experts, working in collaboration with high profile consultancies, talent agencies and end-customers. Our goal is to make starting as a freelancer easier and less intimidating for software developers. We differentiate ourselves from our competition by providing more personalized and social approach.
