L’hôpital de Houdan est un établissement public de santé composé : - d’un pôle hospitalisation composé de 15 lits de médecine, 5 lits de soins palliatifs et 17 lits de SSR, - d’un pôle hébergement composé de 148 lits d’EHPAD et de 30 lits de long séjour, - d’un pôle maintien à domicile composé de 6 lits d’hébergement temporaire, de 6 places d’accueil de jour, de 72 places de SSIAD, d’une coordination gérontologique locale et d’une coordination handicap locale. L’hôpital de Houdan présente la particularité de gérer un Centre de Santé hospitalier qui offre : - un Centre de Soins de Première Intention (consultations de généralistes sans rendez-vous), - des consultations de médecins spécialistes (environ 49000 consultations par an) - des missions curatives et préventives (addictions, Centre Périnatal de Proximité, nutrition, dépistage du cancer du sein…), - un plateau d’imagerie médicale (radiologie, échographie, mammographie)
