HLA is a membership association for humanitarian logistics professionals who respond to take relief to and create infrastructure for those affected by global emergencies. It has been established as a neutral interface between aid organisations, the private and academic sectors, and other interested parties and aims to manage a wide spectrum of issues.

Ruim 18000 goed getrainde vrijwilligers bieden nu gratis professionele steun op maat aan ruim 57.800 deelnemers. Deze steun bieden wij binnen zes verschillende thema's: eenzaamheid, verlies, opvoeden, opgroeien, detentie en thuisadministratie. Humanitas werkt kleinschalig en persoonlijk. De contacten zijn van mens tot mens en worden lokaal georganiseerd.

Quando Carlo Castelli ne assume la guida, introducendo ulteriori specialità mediche e ampliando lospedale, prende il nome di Clinica Castelli. Carlo Arturo Castelli, figlio di Carlo, ne prosegue lopera e diversifica le attività di ricovero, creando i presupposti per una struttura in continua evoluzione. Nel 2018 è entrato a far parte del Gruppo Humanitas e ha preso il nome di Humanitas Castelli.
