We are currently leading the way as a sustainability innovator with the development of the largest solar farm on the Mornington Peninsula. This undertaking generates the power required for the operations at this site. Additionally, in 2018 the processing facility invested in reverse osmosis (RO) technology to generate potable processing and drinking water on-site, helping to reduce costs and improve quality.
