Velkommen til Hyæne Film. Vi tror på beskeden storhedsvanvid! Hos Hyæne Film har vi samlet de største unge talenter i dansk film under et tag, sat de nye instruktører side om side med sultende progressive producere og produktionsfolk, og derved skabt et kollektiv, som klar til at æde verden! Vi tror på den unikke debutfilm, på nye kræfter og nye historier. Selskabet er grundlagt af instruktør og manuskriptforfatter Ulaa Salim, producer Daniel Mühlendorph og erhvervsfokene Flemming Falk Hansen og Keld Egelund. Ambitionerne er for store og midlerne er for små. Men det afholder os ikke! Vi skal være et toneangivende selskab i dansk film, men vores verden er større end kun København og Danmark. Fra Bornholm til Irak er vi klare til at fortælle nye gode historier, og vi vil skubbe til forestillingen om hvad film også kan være og koste. Filmens kerne er for os alfa omega. Vi ønsker ikke at blot at producere indhold der underholder. Der skal være noget på spil, historierne skal ville noget mere, der skal være noget ægte på hjerte og stof til hjernen. Rammerne og formatet er os ligegyldigt, intet er umuligt længere. Missionen er klar, vi skal overtage og kun tiden er vores fjende. Vi har derfor altid plads til et nyt talent med smag for storhed.
