Harbor Pointe Credit Union was founded in 1933 as Duluth Teachers Credit Union to serve the financial needs of the educational community of Duluth. We have grown to serve over 9000 members in our community with our savings, checking, investment , mortgage and consumer loan products. Through the years many changes have taken place at Harbor Pointe Credit Union, including state of the art technology as well as a new community charter. A community charter allows anyone living in South St. Louis, Carlton & Douglas Counties as well as Two Harbors to be eligible to become members of the credit union. In 2017 we changed our name to Harbor Pointe Credit Union. With the field of membership expansion into new counties the name change was necessary to continue membership growth with a name better fit for the regions we serve. We have three full service locations to serve you. All it takes is a $5 deposit into a savings account to become a member.
