About HSPC Health and Safety Professionals Canada (HSPC formerly known as CSSE Canadian Society of Safety Engineering) is the leading health, safety and environmental organization for professionals in Canada. We work with industry, governmental agencies, and other safety organizations to promote a greater awareness of health, safety, and environmental issues in workplaces and communities across the nation and around the world. Our vision is "An Advocate for Safety in Every Workplace."​ Working together, professionals/practitioners participating in any of our 35 local Chapters nationwide, provide local forums for information exchange and networking among professionals. Our mission is to be the resource for professional development, knowledge and information exchange to our members, our profession and the Canadian public.

The ALLIANCE is the national third sector intermediary for a range of health and social care organisations. The ALLIANCE has over 800 members including large, national support providers as well as small, local volunteer-led groups and people who are disabled, living with long term conditions or providing unpaid care. Many NHS Boards are associate members and many health and social care professionals are Professional Associates. Commercial organisations may also become Corporate Associates. Our vision is for a Scotland where people of all ages who are disabled or living with long term conditions, and unpaid carers, have a strong voice and enjoy their right to live well, as equal and active citizens, free from discrimination, with support and services that put them at the centre.

The Health and Social Development Foundations mission is to promote opportunities for personal and community development, health and social well-being, as well as to create and popularise effective approaches for the successful integration of socially excluded communities. The foundation develops and implements successful models for early childhood development, health promotion and integrated services, which break the vicious cycle of poverty and social exclusion.
