Heart2Heart er frivillig forening startet af Pernille Casparsen tilbage i 2015, der i sin grundlæggende værdi tror på hvad nogle har for meget, har andre for lidt. Det handler om at sprede budskabet så vi kan blive bedre til at dele med hinanden og på denne vis skabe balance, ikke kun i Danmark men globalt. Det gør at vi bl.a igennem aktiviteter, hvor vi støtter op omkring de som mangler og søger efter donationer ude i samfundet, der kan matche deres behov til fulde.
