Heroes Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program that is broad, general and scalable for all ages and athletic abilities. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting and running) executed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed to develop the main fitness competencies and helps to build well-rounded fitness. Our programs include: running, rowing, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, plyometrics and more.

Heroes for life (Hebrew: לוחמים ללא גבולות) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to leveraging the vast amount of Israeli post-army travelers for humanitarian aid in developing countries. With 15 yearly delegations to countries on 4 different continents, our volunteers take part in a 2-week long project focusing on education, renovation, and more! Our aim is to make the world a slightly better place, in accordance with the Jewish virtue of “Tikkun Olam”. Moreover, our goal is to show the true face of Israel and the IDF around the world, as well as giving an opportunity for travelers to volunteer and make a positive impact wherever they are. With the vision of turning Israel into a global superpower of charity and grace in developing countries, we wish to capitalize on the precious resource of post-army travelers in order to make the world a better place.

Founded in 2015, Heroes Like Haley is a Illinois based 501(c)(c3) charitable organization. Our Board of Directors is dedicated to raising community awareness towards pediatric brain tumors, implementing college scholarships for Cary Grove High School students, providing financial support and improving the quality of life for local pediatric cancer patients, survivors and families. Together we will help other Heroes Like Haley and continue the fight in pediatric brain cancer.
