We are one of a small number of mental health trusts to achieve an overall rating of Good from the Care Quality Commission. Over70% of staff agreed that: If a friend or relative needed treatment, I would be happy with the standard of care provided by this organisation. It is a fantastic achievement and validates all our hard work to ensure our staff have the best possible working environment and the support they need to fulfil their roles. However, we want to continuously improve and our Good to Great strategy will enable us to do this. Our values are at the heart of everything we do so that we deliver an experience that is consistently welcoming, kind, positive, respectful and professional. This is 4reflected in the way that we interact with service users and in the way that we support our staff. We have an extensive range of staff benefits including: Our monthly Inspire awards recognising colleagues who consistently demonstrate our values. Our annual Staff Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of individual staff, teams and volunteers. Health and wellbeing activities including mini-health checks, fun runs, team challenges and mindfulness programmes which were piloted in four locations. Regular roadshows and other events throughout the year, which give our Executive Team an opportunity to listen and respond to feedback and for staff to have a real say in key decisions. Schwartz Rounds which provide a structured forum where all staff can come together to discuss the emotional and social aspects of working in healthcare. Hertfordshire Cricket is the family of organisations that exist to make cricket accessible, available and enjoyable for people in the county. Working together, our aim is simple; to 'Bring Cricket to Life!' The structure of the County Cricket Association changed in 2014 with the merging of the two operational companies limited by guarantee (Hertfordshire Cricket Board Limited and Hertfordshire County Cricket Club Limited), to become Hertfordshire Cricket Limited (HCL) which means there are now 2 corporate identities: Hertfordshire County Cricket Association (HCCA) remains as an unincorporated members association to which individuals, clubs, and the Associated Bodies - the Coaches, Groundsmen and Officials, the Saracens Herts League, the Hertfordshire Junior Leagues, and the Schools Cricket Association - are members. HCCA is managed by an Executive Committee comprising the four Officers, and there is a Council which acts as a forum for exchange of information between representatives of all parts of Hertfordshire Cricket. HCCA is also the sole shareholder of: Hertfordshire Cricket Limited (HCL) which embraces all cricket development activities and junior representative cricket, both coaching and matchplay, at County levels. By junior we mean up to and including the Under 17 age group for boys and girls. It also comprises Hertfordshire County Cricket Club which embraces all senior representative cricket, including the Minor Counties and the Women's 1st XIs and their Development XIs; the Hertfordshire Disabilities XI; the Hertfordshire Seniors; and the Hertfordshire Village Trophy.
