A Hintalovon Gyermekjogi Alapítvány küldetése a Magyarországon élő gyerekek jogainak érvényesítése és támogatása. Célunk, hogy a felnőtt társadalom minél szélesebb körben vállaljon felelősséget és tegyen a gyerekek kiegyensúlyozott fejlődéséért. Munkánkat olyan szakemberek segítik, akik hosszú évek óta dolgoznak gyerekekkel, és sikeresen alkalmazzák az alapítvány által képviselt gyermekjogi megközelítést. Az alapítványt dr. Gyurkó Szilvia, az UNICEF korábbi gyermekjogi igazgatója hozta létre 2015-ben. Az alapítvány programjai: szexuális edukáció a gyerekekkel szembeni szexuális erőszak megelőzéséért és az egészséges fejlődésért (Yelon); az ingyenes jogsegélyszolgálatot biztosító Gyermekjogi Pro Bono Központ; valamint a középiskolások gyermekjogi ismereteit fejlesztő és hatékony részvételét támogató Gyermekjogi Követ Program. Az alapítvány minden évben kiadja az éves Gyermekjogi jelentést, amiben bemutatja a gyermekjogok magyarországi helyzetét. Azért dolgozunk, hogy felhívjuk a figyelmet a gyerekek jogaira. Azt szeretnénk elérni, hogy a felnőtt-társadalom az élet minden területén vegye figyelembe a gyerekek jogait, érdekeit, szempontjait. Az a célunk, hogy Magyarország jobb hely legyen a gyerekek számára, és hogy jó legyen itt gyereknek lenni. Szeretnénk, ha a családok, az iskolák, a sportegyesületek, a kórházak, a tanárok, a döntéshozók, a politikusok, az egész társadalom odafigyelne a gyerekekre. Ha mind megértenénk, hogy mennyire fontos a jó gyerekkor és hogy minden gyerek számít. A Hintalovon Gyermekjogi Alapítvány munkájának kiemelt területei: a gyerekek erőszaktól való védelme a gyerekek joga az oktatáshoz a gyerekek joga a részvételhez minden őket érintő, rájuk vonatkozó ügyben (gyerekparticipáció)
