The UAE Internal Auditors Association (UAE IAA) was set up in July 1995, as a non-profit organisation along the lines of its parent body with the support and co-operation of the Emirates Group, the Economic Department, Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Al Futtaim, Emirates Bank and Dubai Aluminium Company (DUBAL). On the 24th of June 2006, the association sought and gained approval to become the official IIA affiliate in the UAE. In 2008 it obtained a license to become the UAE Internal Auditors Association. The Association today has secured the support of leading companies from the UAE who are involved in promoting the profession of Internal Auditing through this medium.

THE INSTITUTE OF INTERNAL AUDITORS INDONESIA (IIA Indonesia) is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to the advancement and the development of the internal audit profession in Indonesia. Established on September 15, 1988 and authorized as a Chapter by The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc, USA on December 3, 1988 and elevated to the status of a National Institute in 2008 when our membership exceeded 500. “Progress Through Sharing” The Institute maintains its motto “Progress Through Sharing” and in keeping with the spirit of sharing, we make it our responsibility to share with our members information on new trends, latest internal audit techniques, regulatory and statutory requirements and the emerging issues affecting the profession. Through our affiliation our members are able to share in a collective wisdom of more than 170,000 members in over 165 countries and territories. The Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences – ILS PAS (Instytut Nauk Prawnych Polskiej Akademii Nauk – INP PAN) is one of the most prominent scientific research institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences within the area of social sciences. The Institute has been also one of the leading scientific centers in the field of legal studies for over 60 years (it was established in 1956). The role of the INP PAN is to initiate, promote, conduct and coordinate the research concerning theoretical and practical aspects of law in the context of dynamic changes of the contemporary world. The Institute also offers 3rd degree education. The doctoral studies at the INP PAN integrate the PhD candidates with the researchers of the highest knowledge and skills. The leading themes of the research of the INP PAN are for example shaping and application of law in the light of contemporary axiological problems (in years 2011-2015) and changes of law in Poland, Europe and World in the context of contemporary challenges (in years 2016-2020). In this framework the research is focused on such issues as: the consequences of globalisation, constitutionalisation and fragmentation for the international public law, axiological and constitutional challenges for the unity of the European Union, europeanisation of the private law; international standards of protection for human rights; impact of European integration for the national constitutional law, administrative law and criminal law and procedure.

The Institute was established as an education and research organisation in 2008. Its sphere of special interest is the laws of the Channel Islands - ranging from Norman customary law roots to modern legislation supporting the Islands finance centres. More broadly, the Institute is interested in mixed legal systems and the challenges faced by small jurisdictions. Part of the Institutes mission is to make law more accessible to the general public and to enable talented people from all backgrounds to enter the legal profession. Currently, the Institute prepares candidates for the Jersey law professional examinations and is a registered centre for teaching students enrolled on the University of London LLB and Diploma in Law, via the International Programmes.

The Institute of Licensing is a registered charity whose charitable objects are principally concerned with education in the field of licensing and regulatory activity. It is governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees, each leaders in their own field, drawn from across the field of public and private sectors, police, academia and the law. Its staff are highly experienced former licensing officers. The Institute is regionally based, ensuring that it has a high degree of knowledge of local concerns and priorities concerning the night time economy in general and licensing enforcement in particular. In addition to national governance by the Board of Trustees, a key working strength of the organisation is its regional constitution, with each region supported by a committee, including a Trustee from the Board of Trustees. This regional structure ensures that the Institute is able to tailor its activities in a way which reflects local priorities and concerns, including by using regional speakers, regional case studies and local support.
