ISACA Budapest Chapter Az ISACA Magyarországi Egyesület a nemzetközi ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association) magyarországi szakmai szervezete. Az Egyesületet 1991-ben alakítottuk jelenleg 500 főnél is több, kizárólag természetes személy tagja van (Alapszabályunk szerint nem lehetséges vállalati csak személyes tagság), akik az ipari-, a pénzügyi- és a szolgáltató vállalatok IT vezetői, üzemeltetői, biztonsági szakemberei és ellenőrei illetve a téma iránt érdeklődő szakemberek, valamint magánemberek. Non-profit szervezetként működünk, feladatainkat fizetett alkalmazott nélkül, kizárólag tagjaink önkéntes munkájával látjuk el. Egyesült Államokbeli anyaszervezetünk több mint négy évtizedes múltra tekint vissza és világszerte 86.000 tagot számlál. ISACA Budapest Chapter (Hungary Chapter) The Hungarian Chapter of International ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association) is a professional organization in Hungary. The Association has been founded in 1991, there are currently more than 500 individual members (we accept personal membership only) who are working as IT managers, system administrators, security professionals and auditors in the industrial, financial and service sector, as well as professionals and private individuals. We are working as a non-profit organization, we operate our tasks without paid employees on a voluntary basis. Our parent organization in the US has already four decades of history and 86,000 members worldwide.

ISACA is a professional body for Information Security, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) professionals. There are over 110,000 members globally in 200 chapters across 180 countries including Ireland where there are currently over 600 members. ISACA Ireland holds regular educational seminars and workshops for the benefit and advancement of the local information security community. ISACA Mumbai Chapter is ranked as one of the world's best chapter among very large chapter category in the year 2006 and has consistently been the 7th / 8th very large chapter. It is also one of the most active chapters. The chapter has received several awards in the past towards its continuous achievements and some of the members have received global recognition from ISACA International. Some of the chapter awards received by Mumbai chapter from ISACA International are Best Newsletter, Best Website, Highest Growth, Best Chapter in Asia & so on and culminating in the award of being the Best Chapter in the WORLD in the year 2006.

Our membership are professionals from leading global corporations in the financial services and banking; public accounting; government; public sector institutions; utilities; and manufacturing industries. The Ottawa Valley Chapter of ISACA, established in 1978, is one of ten Canadian ISACA Chapters. Our Chapter is comprised of a progressive group of professionals and practitioners who are active in IM/IT governance, IT Security Management, and IT Auditing. Our members include executives, managers, subject-area experts, consultants and auditors in large, medium, and small enterprises. Our Chapter membership spans the federal public service, the high-technology cadre of "Silicon Valley North"​, and the professional services sector. One of our Chapter's key activities is the organization of training and educational events for our membership. We engage local experts to speak to our members on topics of current and regional interest and rely on industry professionals to provide training on new IT governance, control, security and assurance issues and techniques. These speakers often donate their time which helps us provide important networking and learning opportunities at reasonable rates. Elles est affiliée à l'Isaca (Information System Audit and Control Association) et est une association à but non lucratif qui a pour mission de promouvoir le développement professionnel des membres et des organisations dans les domaines de la gouvernance des technologies de l'information, la gestion de la sécurité de l'information, la vérification des technologies de l'information et la gestion de risques.
