İşbir Sünger Sanayi A.Ş. İşbir Sünger Plastik Sanayi A.Ş. İŞBİR HOLDİNG'e bağlı bir kuruluştur. Üretimine 1977 yılında Ankara'da başlayan İŞBİR SÜNGER, esnek sünger imali konusunda yüksek pazar payı ile sektör lideri olarak faaliyetini sürdürmektedir. Kurulduğu günden itibaren; gerek modern teknoloji kullanımına verdiği önem,gerekse kalite geliştirme sistemi ve standardizasyon doğrultusunda yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda, Mart 1999 tarihinden itibaren ISO 9000 Kalite Geliştirme Sistemlerine uygunluğu belgelenmiş olarak üretim yapmaktadır. İşbir Sünger; yatak, koltuk, kanepe ve oturma grupları ile ev tekstili, imalat sektörü, oto döşeme, ambalaj ısı - ses izolasyonu uygulamalarının temel girdisi olan "yüksek kalitede sünger"​ üretmektedir. Çok seçenekli yoğunluk, renk, ebat, şekil ve fiziksel özellikteki esnek poliüretan sünger üretiminde; üretim kalitesi ve kapasitesiyle, Türkiye'de ayrıcalıklı yerini sürekli korumaktadır. Modern teknoloji ile dünya standartlarında üretim yapan İşbir Sünger'​in fabrikası ve 8 mağazası vardır. 3000'i aşkın müşteriye hizmet vermenin yanısıra, ihracatları ile süngerlerinin yurtdışındaki kullanımınıda yaygınlaştırmaktadır. Geniş ve istikrarlı müşteri potföyünün direkt siparişlerini karşıladığı gibi; Türkiye genelindeki mağazaları aracılığıyla ülke çapında yaygın bir ürün sunumuda sağlamaktadır.
