Die ICT Berufsbildungscenter AG (Bbc) bildet an den Standorten Bern, Zürich und St. Gallen Lernende für über 160 Unternehmen in ICT-Berufen aus. Unser Ziel ist es, junge Menschen mit zukunftsorientierten und qualitativ hochstehenden Ausbildungsmethoden in einer modernen Umgebung für die ICT zu begeistern. Erstklassige Leistungen, hohe Standards bei Qualität und Service, sowie persönliche Wertschätzung prägen unsere Kultur. Unsere Standorte in Bern, Zürich und St. Gallen sind zentral gelegen und effizient mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar. Wir bieten das Bbc-Basislehrjahr für die Lehrberufe Informatiker/-in, Mediamatiker/-in, Elektroniker/-in, ICT-Fachmann/-Fachfrau und für das Praxisintegrierte Bachelor-Studium PiBS an. Lernende arbeiten während dem einjährigen an drei Tagen pro Woche im Bbc. Zusätzlich besuchen Lernende an bis zu zwei Tagen pro Woche den obligatorischen Unterricht der jeweiligen Berufsfachschulen. Die Ausbildung im Bbc findet in kleinen Teams/Klassen von 8 bis 14 Lernenden statt. Jedes Team wird durch einen praxiserfahrenen Fachcoach geführt. Betriebsnahe Strukturen wie gleitende Arbeitszeiten, aktuelle IT-Infrastruktur und Grossraumbüros runden unser Angebot ab. Unsere Partnerfirmen unterstützen wir in der anspruchsvollen Zeit vor Lehrbeginn, beim Schülermarketing und der Auswahl von Lernenden. Viele der in den Bildungsplänen gesetzlich vorgegebenen Lernziele werden durch unser Basislehrjahr bereits im 1. Lehrjahr abgedeckt. Lehrbetriebe können Lernende deshalb schneller und mit deutlich niedrigeren Einführungskosten in Teams und Projekten integrieren. Alle gesetzlich geforderten «überbetrieblichen Kurse» sind ebenfalls im Basislehrjahr integriert. Unsere Mitarbeiter sind unser grösstes Gut.
