Le bureau IDEALP a été formé en juin 2001 par 2 associés, Philippe Bianco et François Genolet. En 2013, la société passe du statut de Sàrl au statut de SA et le duo dirigeant est rejoint par MM Georges Rossier et Vincent Maury. En 2013 une succursale est ouverte en France, à Aix-en-Provence, afin de développer son activité et renforcer son efficacité dans le traitement des problématiques des bassins alpins et pyrénéens français.
