Ao longo de 10 anos atuando no apoio ao desenvolvimento do mercado brasileiro em educação profissional e executiva, o Instituto Daryus de Ensino Superior Paulista - IDESP é uma escola focada em cursos de Pós-graduação em Gestão de Negócios e treinamentos. Established in 2001, IDESS IT has primarily delivered custom made systems and content for a broad range of clients in the shipping, offshore oil and gas industries, and commodity trading business sector. Over the years we have developed innovative systems for: - The delivery of e-learning content - Access to online assessment as part of the competence management process - Access to systems for measuring and analyzing workforce competence - HR management specific to both the shipping and oil and gas industry needs - Automated tracking of personnel movements to and from vessels and platforms - Systems to manage the access of personnel to restricted areas onboard, offshore and in shoreside installations such as shipyards In 2015 the Norwegian technology company OGS AS acquired a majority share in IDESS IT. This acquisition brings together the innovative technology of OGS AS with the software systems developed by IDESS IT. This leveraging of each companys products and services provides more diverse and robust support for existing and future clients, and the critical mass required to enter new sectors of the shipping and offshore industry markets, to compete with established market leaders.

We are an Italy-based engineering firm providing integrated services for the construction sector. We specialize in MEP systems design, engineering, and project management. Since its founding in 1999, Idest continues to expand, both locally and internationally. It draws on the years of experience gained in the sectors of: design and project management, safety and site management, quality control. Along with adhering to the principals of ethical and responsible design, Idest strategically integrates its varying and complementing skills to ensure success during all stages of construction. IDEST Communication SA is a translation agency specialised in EU and UN affairs at large providing services from and into all official languages of the European Union and beyond. IDEST currently has a staff of 11 full-time employees and a network of more than 500 professional freelance translators across the world. Our specific aim is to offer professional all-round linguistic services in all the official EU languages, directly to EU official and private institutions and to other EU-related clients. Since 1990, IDEST translated over 800,000 standard pages from and into all official EU languages in the field of EU and UN affairs at large, in particular for the EU institutions. Texts cover a wide range of topics from environment to fisheries, including RTD, trademarks, agriculture and audiovisual policy, not to mention enlargement, the Euro, employment and social affairs, intellectual property and justice and home affairs. IDEST is ISO-9001 and ISO-17100 (formerly EN-15038).
