Atualmente, o IMEPAC oferece os seguintes cursos: Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Biomedicina, Direito, Educação Física, Enfermagem, Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Produção, Farmácia, Medicina, Medicina Veterinária, Pedagogia, Processos Hospitalares e Tecnologia em Análise e Desenvolvimentos de Sistemas de Informação.
