Consultations cost $30; if we are able to take your case, the cost of the consultation is applied to your case fee.

Immigrant Legal Defense (ILD) is a nonprofit agency dedicated to providing immigration legal services. One of the most critical aspects in the delivery of high volume, high quality legal services is an experienced team of attorneys who work efficiently together. Our team of eight directing and managing attorneys have worked together for many years. Our complementary expertise covering the full scope of immigration law and procedure, allowed us to represent thousands of unaccompanied minors, families seeking asylum, and individuals in detained and non-detained immigration proceedings throughout California. Together, we have launched innovative programs and partnerships that are recognized as national models for both the delivery of critical immigration legal services and advocacy. Our team has now come together to form ILD to continue providing free legal services for immigrants and families in California.

Immigrant Women Services Ottawa (IWSO) is a non-profit organization operating in the City of Ottawa since 1988. A Board of Directors made up of 15 members is elected at IWSO’s Annual General Meeting. The Board oversees the organizational policies of IWSO and monitors its activities against mandated objectives. MISSION Immigrant Women Services Ottawa (IWSO) exists to provide immigrant and visible minority women and their families in the City of Ottawa and the surrounding areas, with the support and tools to achieve their full potential as members of the Canadian society and participate in the elimination of all forms of abuse against women and children. MANDATE To empower immigrant and visible minority women in the City of Ottawa to participate in the elimination of all forms of abuse against women. To provide culturally responsive crisis counselling and language interpretation services which will facilitate an abused woman’s access to community and mainstream services. The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) is responsible for the security of Singapore's borders against the entry of undesirable persons and cargo through our land, air and sea checkpoints. Aside from border security, ICA also performs immigration and registration functions such as the issuing of travel documents and identity cards to Singapore citizens. ICA also issues various immigration passes and permits to foreigners. As a security agency, ICA also conducts operations against immigration offenders. Operational since 1 April 2003, ICA is part of the Ministry of Home Affairs and is also a member of the Home Team. ICA has brought together the former Singapore Immigration & Registration (SIR) and checkpoint related enforcement work performed by the former Customs & Excise Department (CED).

ICCRC is the national regulatory body designated by the government of Canada to regulate Canadian immigration, citizenship and international student advising services. The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and the Citizenship Act require anyone providing Canadian immigration or citizenship advice or representation for a fee or other consideration to be a member in good standing of ICCRC. Immigration Counseling Services (ICS) is Oregon’s only independent nonprofit law firm providing affordable immigration legal services to foreign-born residents of Oregon and Southwest Washington. We believe everyone has a right to reputable legal counsel and representation. Our mission is to strengthen Oregon’s communities and help bring stability to individuals and their families by providing legal services, outreach, and education to foreign-born residents of Oregon and Southwest Washington. Since opening its doors in 1978, ICS has served thousands of immigrants from 90 different countries. ICS has offices in Portland and Hood River and operates a monthly mobile legal clinic in Redmond. Our main areas of focus: 1. We offer general immigration services, including help with family-based petitions, waivers and adjustments of status, asylum, T and U visas, and VAWA cases. 2. We offer legal services to immigrants who identify as LGBTQ. 3. We operate Oregon’s only program for unaccompanied minors and represent all children under the age of 18 who have been apprehended by ICE and detained in Oregon. 4. We assist foreign-born victims of trafficking with basic services and advocacy. We serve over 1,700 immigrants each year. All ICS legal workers are bilingual, and many are immigrants or the children of immigrants. They bring experience and deep compassion to this important work. We also rely on dedicated volunteers with a variety of backgrounds.
