Impact Living Services (ILS) was created by a team of professionals who had the audacious goal of changing outcomes in foster care and families. The status quo was simply unacceptable. ILS employees have extensive experience in operating residential facilities, case management, and in-home counseling, directing independent living arrangements and licensed child-placing agencies, and serving as foster and adoptive families.

Founded in March 2020, Impact 100 London is a collective philanthropy with the mission to enhance philanthropic engagement by pooling resources and investing collectively in charities benefitting marginalised women and girls in London. The premise is simple: each grant cycle we aim to recruit at least 100 individuals, each donating £1,000, and together we decide which charities receive our £100,000 grants. In our first two grant cycles, a total of £280,000 has been awarded to six outstanding local women and girls charities (two £100,000 grants and four merit grants).
