We are a specialist real estate investment company focused on the warehousing, distribution and logistics property sector within sub-Saharan Africa. All the properties in the portfolio have been developed, built, tenanted and managed by the Improvon group. Improvon was established in 1995 with the founders still active in the business. We have developed and tenanted more than 1 200 000 m2 of logistics properties for use by warehousing and distribution operators across South Africa. Our joint venture with private equity group Actis will leverage our substantial 480ha (4 800 000 m2) land bank in key infrastructure nodes in South Africa, Zambia and Kenya to source and structure unique warehousing and logistics solutions for our clients.

improvscience was founded by Dr. Raquell Holmes to help scientists and technical professionals work better together. The process is simple and effective. By creating a context in which people perform (a la theater) and play, colleagues learn to interact and work with each other in new ways. They explore and expand what they can achieve together. IMPS, together with LAFIG Belgium, are the official licensors of the little blue-skinned characters "The Smurfs" and manage the rights of their world and the other characters created by Pierre Culliford, aka Peyo. Founded in 1984 by Véronique Culliford, Peyos daughter, and based in Genval in Belgium, the company today has 30+ employees who keep themselves busy developing the brand throughout the world.
