Fundada em 2002, a empresa de Biotecnologia da Reprodução Animal In Vitro Brasil (IVB) surgiu para atender o mercado crescente de produção in vitro de embriões bovinos. Naquela época, o mercado de FIV no Brasil era voltado para o gado de corte elite, mais precisamente para a raça Nelore. Na ocasião, as limitações que a técnica ainda apresentava tornaram-se uma oportunidade para a empresa. Com amplo investimento em Pesquisa e busca constante por evolução, a IVB fez da inovação tecnológica seu grande diferencial. O espírito de pioneirismo contribuiu para seguir à frente no mercado de FIV mundial. Entre os principais avanços conquistados pela empresa, podemos destacar a viabilização do uso de sêmen sexado na FIV, a tecnologia de transporte de embriões para longas distâncias e o desenvolvimento da técnica de vitrificação eficiente de embriões FIV, este um grande diferencial tecnológico do Grupo IVB até os dias atuais. No ano de 2009, a participação no Projeto Integralat tornou-se um grande divisor de águas na história da empresa. Para o Projeto, que visava a produção de prenhezes de fêmeas Girolando em larga escala, foram produzidas mais de 9000 bezerras em 1 ano e todo o conhecimento adquirido serviu como impulso na mudança da estratégia da empresa. A partir deste momento, a IVB passou a direcionar seus esforços para a produção de embriões FIV em larga escala. Pouco tempo depois, a In Vitro Brasil iniciou a implantação de um sistema de afiliação, tanto em nível nacional como internacional. Neste novo modelo de trabalho, outros laboratórios de FIV passaram a ter a oportunidade de trabalhar com a tecnologia IVB e ainda contar com todo o know-how do Grupo na execução de projetos de embriões. Atualmente, o Grupo IVB conta com 37 laboratórios, entre próprios e afiliados, distribuídos em 17 países. O alto desempenho e o crescimento sustentável colocou a empresa em destaque nos principais mercados globais e, no ano de 2015, concretizou a venda de 51% de suas ações para o maior grupo de melhoramento genético do mundo, Genus PLC, detentor das empresas PIC e ABS. Desde então, a IVB passou contar com a expertise da ABS para oferecer as melhores soluções genéticas aos clientes de todo o mundo. Atualmente, com mais de 50% do Market Share Global, a In Vitro Brasil segue em busca de projetos globais de embriões FIV em larga escala, consolidando-se cada vez mais como a maior empresa de produção in vitro de embriões bovinos do mundo.

lnclusion is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded to serve communities of color who face systematic barriers to finding meaningful employment due to the lack of access to the necessary digital skill-sets required in the new technology economy. Primarily serving residents of Jamaica, Queens and the surrounding area, accepted students have access to free but very rigorous courses in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python as well as a "post-graduate"​ course in project management. Our mandate is simple: be one of the very few organizations that doesn't underestimate the capabilities of our applicants, vigorously challenge them, build a community of like-minded peers, and drive career advancement or prepare them to compete against students from elite institutions for higher paying jobs.
