Since 1981, Inclusive Sport SA (ISSA) has worked directly with and alongside people living with disability to support participation in valued roles in community at all levels. Founded in sport and recreation and the delivery of our successful Rapidswim programs, ISSA has evolved to include Behaviour Support SA positive behaviour services and the recently formed Active Inclusion training and consulting arm. Actualmente estamos implementando en distintas empresas un programa de Inclusión Laboral, que consiste en la inserción de personas en situación de discapacidad en la institución, brindando a la empresa mayor productividad y motivación, y mejorando el clima laboral y la reputación empresarial. Trabajamos con nuestra propia base de datos y con distintas fundaciones y municipalidades. Tenemos procesos internos y metodologías desarrolladas para capacitar y preparar a las personas en situación de discapacidad a ingresar al mundo laboral De la misma forma, trabajamos en las organizaciones con procesos de sensibilización a los gerentes de primera línea hasta los equipos de trabajo que reciben a las personas en situación de discapacidad, analizamos puestos laborales, estudiamos la accesibilidad universal y realizamos un levantamiento y análisis empresarial para saber en qué posición se encuentra para enfrentar este nuevo desafío.
