We are India’s first mortgage guarantee company (incorporated in 2012) and are regulated by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines for mortgage guarantee companies. Born out of a vision for facilitating early home ownership and making housing affordable, our primary objective is risk mitigation for lending institutions by providing a backstop against credit defaults. Having partnered with over 20 lending institutions (including banks, housing finance companies, and non-banking finance companies), we have helped over 1,20,000 customers realise their dream of owning a home. We have issued guarantees of over ₹30,000 Crore. About Mortgage Guarantee The mortgage guarantee program offers a first-loss credit default guarantee to protect against losses arising due to non-repayment by borrowers toward home loans. The program also facilitates lender institutions to expand their product offerings by using risk mitigation as an effective tool. Since 1988, the India New Zealand Business Council (INZBC) has promoted and encouraged trade in goods and services, investment, scientific, technical and economic cooperation between India and New Zealand. India STEM Alliance (ISA) is a peer-group body that conducts research in the STEM domain and supports design, development and promotion‎ of learning frameworks, quality and compliance models and solutions. It works closely with the education scientists, academics, researchers and students to collect data and deliver analyses for the STEM community. The India STEM Alliance believes in a future where universal access and exposure to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) is possible for all. Our core belief is that a strong foundation in STEM is a critical component for global economic growth and social advancement.Our think tank is an incubator for building new tools and insights to both understand and tackle fundamental issues of access in STEM education, outreach and communication. The India STEM Alliance (ISA) is a science development think tank. We have steadily grown over the years both in members and projects. We are a small group with big ideas.
