The Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation (ILSC) assists Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to realise economic, social, cultural and environmental benefits that the ownership and management of land, water and water related rights can bring. The ILSC provides this assistance through the acquisition and management of rights and interests in land, salt water and fresh water country.

The ILC strategically invests in Indigenous held land and waters to foster prosperity and empowerment among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We aim to create economic, environmental, social and cultural benefits by assisting in the acquisition and management of land (and waters) of the Indigenous Estate. This includes economic independence (in particular jobs for Indigenous people); social benefit through stronger families; cultural identity and connection to country; and environmental sustainability. In 2010 world marathon champion Rob de Castella travelled around Australia searching for Indigenous runners to make history: to run one of the world's largest marathons, the TCS New York City Marathon. Those four young men showed such strength, determination, resilience and pride, that they paved the way for others to follow in their footsteps. Seeing the change in these young men and the ripple effect in their communities drove Rob to establish the Indigenous Marathon Project (IMP). Since 2010, 142 young Indigenous men and women have completed a marathon with the IMP. The project incorporates education components with each participant graduating with qualifications in fitness and recreation, first aid, mental health and run coaching. The continual growth and success of the IMP led to the establishment of the Indigenous Marathon Foundation, a health promotion charity, which oversees four core programs: * The Indigenous Marathon Project * Indigenous Communities for Activity and Nutrition (I-CAN, school-based program) * IMF Running & Walking (RAW) (community-driven free walking and running groups) * FrontRunners (for graduates of IMP, offering support and grants for professional and personal development) Running and physical activity underpin all of IMF's programs and we are committed to providing inclusive, free and safe environments for community members to adopt active and healthy lifestyles.

Based in a regional country town on the banks of the Murray River Australias first Indigenous owned and operated Technology and Telecommunication Company was founded, Indigenous National Technology & Telecom Network(INTTN). Over the past few years in Australia, the debate in search of finding a valid response to Indigenous Information Communication Technology (ICT), specifically their technology and telecommunication needs struggled to find a solution. INTTN is increasingly being considered as a response to Indigenous ICT needs through an increasing variety of technology and telecommunication solutions. INTTN currently has a growing customer base that includes community controlled organisations, government departments, private companies, residences and individuals who subscribe to INTTN products and services. The steady increase in demand for INTTN products and services in Victoria, and subsequent rollout nationally to other states and territories.

Indigenous Tourism Ontario (ITO) is the province’s first and only dedicated Indigenous tourism organization that focuses on uniting communities, Indigenous organizations and industry leaders to support the growth of Indigenous tourism in Ontario. Through product development and marketing of authentic Indigenous experiences, ITO establishes a platform for Indigenous cultural expression and preservation through tourism. AUTHENTIC INDIGENOUS CULTURE Ontario is home to many individuals with unique knowledge, skills, access and the passion to create engaging cultural experience to share with visitors. They are storytellers, guides, artists, singers, dancers, wood carvers, artisans, cooks and more.

Indigenous women lead. They lead in business, government, communities and families. They are entrepreneurs, executives, students, volunteers, advocates and mentors. They solve challenging problems and they break barriers. Sometimes Indigenous women do all of this at once. And, often, they do it alone. There is a pressing need to build a network of support for these women to ensure they thrive and create a smooth pathway for others to follow. In response, an enthusiastic and devoted team has joined forces to bring to fruition the first Indigenous Women's Leadership Summit (IWLS). Chénchenstwaythe Squamish verb meaning to uphold one anotheris the theme of the Summit, and its spirit and intent will be infused through every exercise, workshop and presentation. As attendees grow and connect with other leaders in Ottawa this November, they will gather new insights and resources to step forward with confidence. Providing first-hand accounts of their personal and professional journeys, powerful Indigenous women will share what they've learned and support others to work through life's biggest challenges. The IWLS team is a non-profit association of Indigenous women committed to building a strong network of support for like-minded leaders across Canada and beyond. Proceeds of the IWLS will be directed to a new Micro-Financing Fund for Indigenous Women in Business (to be announced shortly).
