Our mission is to help low income children obtain educational and hockey opportunities not otherwise available to them. Our organization offers accessibility to the sport of hockey that most children, particularly in low-income settings, do not have the opportunity to explore. Through this program, children learn hockey basics while also receiving tutoring & mentoring to use the hockey program as a platform for children in the program to grow into young adults. In the last three years we have experienced significant growth of over 20%, which takes our turnover to nearly £20m per year, and to further improve our service, we have recently completed a £2.4m investment in additional premises in Peterlee, which provides a new distribution centre and the largest showroom in the UK for our market sector. The new showroom is available to all our customers and gives an opportunity to see our extensive ranges and choose from a wide variety of suppliers.
