O Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Empresarial - IBRADEMP nasceu, por iniciativa de um grupo de jovens advogados que, preocupados com o estudo do Direito Empresarial, decidiram criar um instituto que incentive a elaboração de pesquisas e trabalhos relacionados a este ramo do Direito. O mundo jurídico carecia de um instituto que congregasse os diferentes especialistas na área de direito empresarial. Com este propósito, o IBRADEMP, desde sua criação, reúne juizes, desembargadores, advogados, diretores jurídicos de empresas e professores, visando assim, estimular a interface dos diferentes operadores do Direito, e contribuir para a melhoria da qualidade técnica dos profissionais que atuam no âmbito do Direito Empresarial. Assim foi fundado o IBRADEMP, como associação civil sem fins lucrativos, e com o objetivo principal de estimular o desenvolvimento dos estudos de Direito Empresarial. Dentre outros aspectos, o IBRADEMP conta com Comissões de Estudo, nas diferentes áreas do Direito Empresarial, para possibilitar o intercâmbio de idéias com profissionais especializados e discutir casos controvertidos. Faisalabad – Sheikhupura Road, Faisalabad and are spread over an area of more than 100 acres of land with a capacity to produce 390,600 tons per annum of Polyester Staple Fibre (PSF). Spun Yarn Division of Ibrahim Fibres Limited consists of four projects: TP1 (Textile Plant 1) Total installed capacity of 58,080 spindles. TP2 (Textile Plant 2) Total installed capacity of 40,608 spindles. TP3 (Textile Plant 3) Total installed capacity is 39,168 spindles. TP4 (Textile Plant 4) Total installed capacity is 100,320 spindles. Power Generation Plants of Ibrahim Fibres Limited consist of three production plants; Power Generation Plant – I, Power Generation Plant – II and Coal Fire Power Plant (CFPP).
