I was a Personal Trainer and Personal Training Company Manager for fifteen years before starting my own Melbourne based 'mobile PT‘ business on October 1, 2012. I am the sole owner and manager of Just In Time Personal Training. In 1997 I completed a four year full-time degree, achieving a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement and a Bachelor of Teaching from Deakin University. My tertiary qualifications combined with more than fifteen years hands-on experience put me in a select group of elite personal trainers with such high levels of industry expertise, qualifications and experience. I have an unrivalled passion and determination to get the best results for my clients. By creating a safe, fun and friendly atmosphere, I aim to help people achieve their health, fitness, posture, mental well-being and lifestyle balance goals. I believe behaviour change, education, awareness and teaching are the keys to success! Being a husband and father to two young children I also understand the time constraints and demands of a busy life. My mobile training service saves you travel time and hassles because I come to you! Just In Time Rebar (JITR) specializes in rebar sales and fabrication primarily serving the Southern California area. JITR’s provides services to industrial and commercial construction contracting firms who design and build large infrastructure for projects such as freeways, schools, hospitals, and other large commercial projects. JITR’s core service is rebar fabrication and with our JITR production system, we provide the fastest service without compromising quality; creating the best value for our customers.
