Our story began a little over eight years ago, when Chef Mitsuhiro Yashio opened his first resturant in Sydney. Growing up on the beautiful island of Tanegashima in Japan, Mitsuhiro has a love for local, organic and seasonal foods. Using his heritage and the world menu as his playground, the dishes that Mitsuhiro delivers are always memorable.
