Keystone Development Partnership (KDP) is a 501 c)3, non-profit organization that works with Industry Partnerships under the Workforce Investment Act. We serve as an intermediary, bringing together labor and management to agree on the terms that will govern joint training ventures. Currently I am contracted to work on creating High School Internships in the skilled trades in order to encourage young people to pursue careers in these excellent positions that can offer them good salaries, benefits and job security.
