Kh-Kiinteistöpalvelut on paikallisten kiinteistöhuollon yksiköiden muodostama konserni, joka on erikoistunut asuinkiinteistöjen huoltoon. Saimme alkumme vuonna 1989 yhdestä paikallisesta kiinteistöhuoltoyhtiöstä Helsingissä. We have a unique operating model which combines the strengths of small local service units and the scale of a larger corporation with wide service portfolio. We operate in Helsinki Capital area, Tampere, Jyväskylä and Oulu employing 1000 professionals. Our focus is in daily services for housing companies: cleaning outdoor areas and hallways, small repairs and all seasonal services.
