higher education
A Brief History of Kainan University: Kainan University began life as the Kainan Commercial & Technical High School, which was founded in 1917 and soon earned the reputation of being the finest commercial and technical high school in Taiwan. It was not until January 1990, however, that the dream of our alumni for Kainan to be upgraded to a university began to be realized, with the establishment of a preparatory committee for the Kainan Institute of Technology. Since March 16, 2000, when our university received official sanction, students have enrolled in ever-increasing numbers. In our first year, the university consisted of seven departments and some 600 students who began their freshmen year with us. On April 13, 2006, Kainan received official accreditation as a full university. Today thousands of students are currently enrolled and can choose courses from sixteen different departments. Taiwan is starting to see the high value of a Kainan education as our graduates enter the workforce, and we are proud to have blossomed into a fully accredited university with limitless prospects. Once a small technical school, today we boast faculty and visiting students from all over the world, an office for international programs, and relationships with prestigious schools abroad, as well as a vast and beautiful campus. Kainan University has come a long way since 1917 and promises to continue its rapid development as a world-class academic institution.
WE ARE HIRING!! What separates Kainero from the rest is our TEAM. We are a global company with a diverse background in performance marketing. By having offices all over the world, our team will be available to you 24/7. Our goal is to match the right audience for product owners to maximize ROI.

The creation of the new delivery agency Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities on 1 October 2019 marks the beginning of a step change in housing and urban development in New Zealand. Kāinga Ora brings together the people, capabilities and resources of the KiwiBuild Unit, Housing New Zealand and its development subsidiary HLC. This is designed to enable a more cohesive, joined-up approach to delivering the Government’s priorities for housing and urban development in New Zealand. These priorities include addressing homelessness and making homes more affordable for New Zealanders. Kāinga Ora has two key roles: - being a world-class public housing landlord - partnering with the development community, Māori, local and central government, and others on urban development projects of all sizes. Kāinga Ora will continue to provide the tenancy services that were previously provided by Housing New Zealand, as well as maintaining and developing its public housing stock and providing home ownership products and other services. There are increased expectations on Kāinga Ora to prioritise tenants’ wellbeing, and provide tenants with good quality, warm, dry and healthy homes. In its new urban development role, Kāinga Ora will work in partnership to deliver quality urban development that connects homes with jobs, transport, open spaces and the facilities they need. This includes accelerating the availability of build-ready land, and building a mix of housing including public housing, affordable housing, homes for first home buyers and market housing of different types, sizes and tenures.
