A community credit union, we have been serving our members since 1972. We welcome members who work or live in our common bond area (which includes Kilclock, Kilcloon, Batterstown, Painstown, Blackhall, Newtown & areas in between - full map listing on our website). Our office is now centrally located in The Square, Kilcock, Co. Kildare, amidst the hustle & bustle of village life. Our friendly & helpful staff are there for members 5 days a week, including Saturday and late opening to facilitate our members' busy lives. We offer free online accounts & mobile app to members to enable them to manage their KILCU account from anywhere at anytime. We recently introduced a new online loan facility which digitises the entire loan process from application through to drawdown. Members can now manage the complete loan process from the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Kilcooley Women's Centre offers a wide portfolio of activities, including training and education, employability skills, health and wellbeing programmes, peace and reconciliation activities, arts and social events and personal development programmes to build skills, confidence and self-esteem. Within the centre, we operate a childcare project'Ladybirds Childcare Services, which is registered with the South Eastern Trust Early Years Team for full-time day care. We offer 'Jellie Tots' baby room for the 0-2 year olds and 'Smarties' pre-nursery for 2-4 year olds preparing for their nursery year or transition to P1. Ladybirds Childcare offers affordable childcare to assist women engaged in training or in the transitional period into employment, respite as crisis intervention for vulnerable families and a not-for-profit affordable childcare programe.
