Samantha Joder founded Kaleidoscope Events in 2018, shortly after she realized the necessity of a proficient wedding planner when key photo album moments were missed at her own wedding. From this experience, she's made it her personal mission to ensure that other couples have their special day exactly how they want it. Samantha turned her negative experience and detail-oriented perfectionism into a fast-growing event-planning service where her mission is to plan and execute events with the goal of creating life-long memories. Knowing how much it means to have your perfect day—well, perfect—Samantha and her team of innovative wedding planners, coordinators, and designers make sure it is just that: perfect.

Kaleidoscope is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities so that they can construct a colorful experience in their life journey – one filled with compassion, commitment, and connections within their communities. We provide home and community based services that assist individuals with disabilities in their everyday lives. We are a provider of services in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Massachusetts! As part of our mission, we celebrate each individual’s differences and understand that everyone is unique in their own way. We take the time to meet with and get to know each and every individual and family we serve and help them understand the services provided. We pride ourselves on finding the best support professional to understand each individual’s preferences so that we can provide the most effective service. Part of that process is understanding what works and what doesn’t as well as asking if there are any specific needs with regards to interests, special abilities, or expertise that our staff may need to have in order to provide excellent service. The focus of our services is to open the doors for the individual into the community.

Kalem Yazılım 1989’dan bu güne kamu, perakende ve lojistik sektörüne yönelik ERP çözümleri üretmiş ve bu sektörlerde iki binin (2.000) üzerinde projeyi hayata geçirmiştir. Aldığı her projeyi yeni analizler için bir fırsat olarak görmüş ve müşterisinin ekibini eleştiri ve yeni istekler konusunda cesaretlendirmiş, bu sayede çözümlerin kullanıcılar ve yöneticiler tarafından kısa sürede sahiplenilmesini sağlamıştır. Bu projelerden lojistik ve perakende sektörüne yönelik çalışmalara özellikle Kalem Yazılım’ın yüzlerce projede görev almış deneyimli ekibi ve sektöründe ön plana çıkmış müşterilerin de görüş, beklenti, ve eleştirileri ile katılımları sağlanmış bu sayede sektörün tüm ortak ihtiyaçları ve beklentileri, kullanıcı dostu karmaşık olmayan ekranlar olarak önceden tasarlanmış, hazırlanan kokpitler ile karmaşık ERP süreçleri anlaşılır basit ekranlar haline getirilmiştir. Bu yöntemle hem müşterinin proje amacını anlaması çok kolaylaşmış ve yaşayarak katkıda bulunması sağlanmış, hem de proje satınalma maliyetlerini inanılmaz düzeyde azaltmıştır. Kalem Yazılım olarak proje çerçevesini çok geniş tutmaktan çekinmemiş, uçtan-uca belirlenen tüm ihtiyaçların giderilmesi neredeyse paket bir uygulama haline gelecek şekilde tasarlanmış ve en önemlisi projeyi satın almak isteyen müşteriye -cekler, -caklar ile değil “sizin ihtiyacınız olan bunlar mıdır?” sorusu çerçevesinde elle tutulur, gözle görülür bir ürünü tanıtmayı ve pazarlamayı hedef edinmiştir.
