The company mainly operates as a winery, although it handles other major touristic businesses as well. Fine dining restaurant, gastro bistro, conference halls and many more can be found in the main building.

Kristjan Eyjolfsson is a highly respected Master Goldsmith and Silversmith, who specialises in crafting bespoke fine jewellery pieces for clients worldwide. Originally from Iceland, Kristjan now resides in Sydney, Australia. His successful business offers a range of services including custom one-of-a-kind jewellery design and craftsmanship, jewellery repairs, engraving, restorations and remodelling. Traditionally trained through a 7 year apprenticeship, Kristjan possesses an artisanal dedication to his profession that is increasingly rare today. All work is meticulously created in ethically-sourced precious metals, diamonds and gemstones. Consultations by appointment.
