KUKA Toledo Production Operations is located at our 335,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Toledo, Ohio. At our facility, the complete Jeep Wrangler body shells, including all closure panels, are produced. There are two shifts scheduled to build 900 Jeep Wranglers daily. We have a total of 245 KUKA Robots in our facility. Out of the 245 robots, 68 are used for material handling, 166 are used for welding with Servo Weld Guns & DC Mid-Freq Welders, and eleven are roller hemming robots.
