In itself, stress isn’t dangerous, we and our bodies are built to endure it. Stress can however become a problem if it’s not balanced with moments of recovery. Oftentimes it’s hard deciding whether the body is in a state of stress or recovery. What we perceive as stress might not be physiological stress, and physiological stress might not be perceived as stress. The same goes for recovery. To gain full control of our stress, we need to measure and translate signals from the body. These should be analyzed together with the level of self-assessed stress to obtain a measurement of your individual stress level. In the stress check, we analyze health markers collected from an ECG device with medical quality. The ECG also collects information on lifestyle factors such as physical activity and quality of sleep. With data from these factors and answers to subjective questions, we can determine a stress level. The results show you which parameters to work on based on set goals.
