The Lloyd’s Development Group Inc. (LDG) is a not-for-profit group working to provide targeted education and networking for brokers, underwriters and claims professionals in the Australian insurance market. The group is based in Sydney and is open to anyone who works at an underwriting agency, insurance company, syndicate service company, broking firm, third-party claims advisor, loss adjustors and Lloyd’s Australia. Modelled off the success of the various Lloyd’s and London Market U35s Groups, we aim to run original and informative seminars and educational trips to provide professional development opportunities. We rely on volunteers, donations, and sponsorship to run our events. Membership is free, as are our educational seminars wherever possible to ensure accessibility to our events to members.
