Créé à l’initiative du Conseil général du Loiret en 1947, LogemLoiret répond aux besoins des villes et villages du Loiret en matière d’habitat social, d’aménagement et de service aux habitants. Aujourd’hui, par ses 75 ans d’expérience, son patrimoine de plus de 16 000 logements, LogemLoiret se positionne comme un acteur majeur du département en logeant plus de 31 000 loirétains. LogemLoiret, dont le siège social est basé à Orléans, cultive la proximité et l’accompagnement de ses clients autour de compétences constamment renouvelées et actualisées. L’organisme privilégie le service par une gestion décentralisée au sein de ses 5 agences territoriales et de ses 40 bureaux de représentants de secteur. 240 collaborateurs participent activement au projet d'entreprise #LogemLoiret2027 qui tend à consolider et développer l'évolution de l'organisme sur les activités suivantes : • La maîtrise d’ouvrage et la maintenance du patrimoine : monteur d’opération, technicien, assistant de gestion technique… • L’accueil et la proximité : chargé d’accueil, conseiller clientèle, représentant de secteur, agent d’entretien • La gestion locative : chargé de clientèle, conseiller social, chargé de recouvrement… • Les fonctions supports : ressources humaines, communication, informatique, marchés publics, comptabilité… L'ensemble de ces activités et ces métiers sont le gage de l'expertise certifiée qualité ISO 9001 de LogemLoiret.
