The purpose of this magazine / journal is to bring light to ideas to help design and nourish environments and markets. Regenerate our landscapes towards abundance and bring the creative edge to our world that maybe the world has not seen before. Where we embrace honest productivity of land and the brilliance of amazing design of it and dig deeper into business and market concepts that result from healthy and regenerative land management practices. Try to accept what is, decipher what could be and invigorate change for good to create abundance, health and well being all around the world. The one thing that I think we can bank on is that we need to take care of our land. This aspect of our lives and businesses can not be neglected. Through whatever means you want to call it, keeping our activities so that we leave the world somehow better for having been here might actually be a good idea. There are so many viewpoints to this subject matter of taking care of the land. I am hoping that through honest discovery and unbiased thinking we can manage some effective ways forwards to bring our land and cities into bloom, help regenerate current land that has been depleted and revere our ancient lands and clean up some industrial and building processes that are less than ideal. Just strive to really make a beautiful world, help businesses to build up people and the world and let people really enjoy life and liberty, prosperity and a healthy productive landscape. In January 2014, the Asheville and Brevard Boards of REALTORS® merged to form one organization. With 2000+ members, the organization is one of the largest REALTOR® associations in North Carolina. LOTSAR‘s mission is to enhance our members’ ability to exceed, to foster high ethical standards, and to promote private property rights. Support and enforcement of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics is a fundamental role of LOTSAR. Using processes dictated by the NAR’s Ethics and Arbitration Manual, LOTSAR’s Grievance and Professional Standards committees provide a fair and confidential platform for handling complaints from the public and offer effective conflict resolution services for members. LOTSAR members are also members of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® [NCAR] and the National Association of REALTORS® [NAR]. These organizations are among the largest trade associations in the state and in the country. LOTSAR is a 501c6 non-profit, member-run organization.
