La storia di Lea & Flò ha inizio il 7 ottobre 1989, quando i fratelli Alessandro e Remo Innocenti, con un po’ di sana incoscienza e l’appoggio delle rispettive fidanzate, hanno scritto la prima pagina di una realtà imprenditoriale. A Pescara Colli, nei pressi della chiesa dedicata alla Madonna dei Sette Dolori, aprono il loro primo punto vendita di abbigliamento e moda. L’insegna riporta i nomi delle loro mogli Lea e Floriana, tasselli fondamentali di un colorato mosaico costruito con impegno, dedizione e tanto spirito di sacrificio, perché la strada verso il successo è in salita ed è intessuta del tempo libero dedicato al lavoro, cucito con l’ingegno e la determinazione necessaria per raggiungere il traguardo prefissato. «Dopo dieci anni di attività – raccontano i due imprenditori – abbiamo capito che se volevamo costruire qualcosa di importante e passare da umili commercianti ad “impresa”, dovevamo scoprire cosa eravamo davvero capaci di fare, dedicandoci completamente alla nostra attività». Fino quel momento, infatti, nel negozio c’erano solo quattro marchi, Floriana e Lea si occupavano delle vendite mentre i due gestivano l’azienda da dietro le quinte. A quel punto, decisero di uscire fuori dall’Italia, per imparare a conoscere il settore della moda guardandolo con gli occhi di chi vive nel resto del mondo. Da lì al primo aereo, il passo è stato breve e le esperienze acquisite negli anni sono state messe a frutto. Il 20 aprile 2013 è nato il Lea & Flò Palace, il punto vendita e negozio di abbigliamento principale sito a Città Sant'Angelo in provincia di Pescara. E l'ultimo traguardo è stato raggiunto nel 2017 con il lancio dello shop online leaeflo.com, in cui si possono trovare i brand più fashion del campo della moda e promozioni sempre vantaggiose. L’azienda è costituita da uno staff di circa 40 collaboratori al servizio di più di 30.000 clienti fidelizzati.
