Leadership Anne Arundel (LAA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that builds, connects, and celebrates community leaders through education and training, information, events, and networking. Since LAA's inception in 1993, its participants have made a significant impact by participating in community projects, serving on non-profit boards, and becoming involved in local government. Our mission is to provide people of diverse backgrounds with the education, resources, and networks necessary to become successful proactive leaders.
